Judge Weilheimer was previously employed as a litigation associate for the Elkins Park firm of Frank, Rosen, Snyder and Moss, 2003 to 2006, Judge Weilheimer was responsible for the firm’s criminal defense practice. Judge Weilheimer worked in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office 1995 to 2002 drafting criminal complaints against adult and juvenile defendants, prosecuted felonies, and handled certification hearings for juveniles tried in adult court.

Weilheimer was an adjunct professor for Widener University School of Law for a decade and an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy starting1998. 2004-2008 Judge Gail Weilheimer served as Abington Township Commissioner. Judge Weilheimer served as counsel to the Shapiro/Richards Transition Team in Montgomery County.
