Before becoming a judge, Gail A. Weilheimer was a Abington Township commissioner from 2004 to 2008, Judge Weilheimer was senior counsel for Blue Bell law firm of Wisler Pearlstine. She represented public sector entities, school districts and municipalities providing legal representation for the county Clerk of Courts. Judge Weilheimer was previously employed as a litigation associate for the Elkins Park firm of Frank, Rosen, Snyder and Moss, 2003 to 2006, Judge Weilheimer was responsible for the firm’s criminal defense practice. Judge Weilheimer worked in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office 1995 to 2002 drafting criminal complaints against adult and juvenile defendants, prosecuted felonies, and handled certification hearings for juveniles tried in adult court.
Judge Gail A. Weilheimer was an adjunct professor for Widener University School of Law for a decade and an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy starting1998. 2004-2008 Judge Gail Weilheimer served as Abington Township Commissioner. Judge Weilheimer served as counsel to the Shapiro/Richards Transition Team in Montgomery County.
Judge Gail A. Weilheimer is married and has two children and don’t know how she faces them for the crimes against the public she commits and has committed for years of judicial abuse
